Published by kcareconnections at 11:19 am under Uncategorized Edit This

If you work from home and have children to raise, you know the importance of good health insurance coverage.  Being self-employed can make it difficult for a single parent to insure their children.  There are, however, several ways to find insurance.

There are many insurance companies that offer policies to individuals and their family.  You can visit websites such as ehealthinsurance.com to locate insurance options.  Search for insurance plans that fit your budget while still providing your family with excellent coverage.

Self employed indviduals can also access health insurance options through services for the self employed.  In some cases there are programs that pull local small business people together in order to take advantage of group health insurance programs.

If your children need insurance, you can check with yoru state to obtain information on eligibility and how to apply for the state health insurance program for children.  In my state, insurance is offered to children who do not have insurance.  You do not have to be low income in order to qualify.

How do you find insurance for your family?
